Last night in Wanganui

Update from Wanganui! Tomorrow we're leaving and going south. We plan to stay one night in Wellington and on Friday we're taking the ferry over to Picton and the south island. We've been trying to find a new host today, or well all week but no luck so far. But we will keep on trying!

Today we've been working with cutting down branches and removing what was left of the old fence. We even got the extraordinary honour to drive Murray's truck! Lots of fun, even though that meant that we had to drive a manual.

This Monday we cleaned the pool, as you can see in the photo. Took all day but we finished and now it's really clean! Since we worked all day we got yesterday off and therefore we stayed up really late watching movies in Murray's office, which meant that we slept until 10-11am.. Anyway when we did get up we took Nisse for a drive to Kai iwa beach. Since we felt a bit creative we decided to make a sandcastle, however we concluded that our castle couldn't really be called castle so it became a mountain instead!

 ooohh! Almost forgot! We had some ice-cream the other day while cleaning the pool, not Magnum but some other brand and they had this "win a free ice-cream thing" too, and guess what?! I won!! Finally, though we're still trying to unlock the vault for the Magnum as well...
